We may not be able to fulfill every request, but we will try our best to do so and will follow up with you as soon as possible.
For those in our community who would like to help serve our fellow church members who find themselves in need, please fill out this form to join our CARE team today! Once submitted, we will send a welcome email with further details.
All proceeds to the fund will be allocated towards helping meet the needs of individuals in our church community.
