Graphic Designer / Social Media Coordinator

EMPLOYEE STATUS:

Reports to:
Rick Narvarte, Creative Director
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Various design projects adhering to the CornerstoneSF voice and brand guidelines
  • Manage the weekly handout and email newsletter
  • Manage day-to-day posting/publishing and audience engagement on all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Manage promoted posts and testing / optimization, creative development and analysis for social campaigns, sharing findings in an ongoing manner with key stakeholders
  • Analyze competing strategies and stay up to date on digital marketing trends
  • Event photography capturing the overall feeling and vibe of CornerstoneSF events
  • Manage volunteer team in the production of content for social media
  • Support various weekly digital updates (blog, web, app, live stream)
  • Monitor web content for scheduling changes
  • Administrative tasks, as needed
  • Stage design tasks, as needed

Skills required to fulfill this job include excellent organizational, writing and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate well, meet deadlines, multitask, and self-manage. The Graphic Designer/Social Media Coordinator will be a self-starter with a positive, professional attitude with a keen eye for design.

A good, working knowledge of Adobe’s Creative Cloud Suite - especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop - is a must. At least one year of experience in the field is preferred.
