I am a residential and commercial building designer offering design services for remodels, additions and new structures. The state of California has amended laws to allow for less restrictive local zoning which allows for creating what are referred to as ADU’s. During these uncertain times, having an additional housing unit on your property as a space for supporting family or as a source of extra income from rent can help create more security for you and your family.
I will provide a discount for Cornerstone Community members as well as emergency personnel. The amount of discount will be reflected in my proposal for services.

The popularity of board games is on the rise and we believe that in a society that is clearly trending towards interacting virtually, we want to focus on the importance of having and maintaining personal and physical connections with people. What better way to do that than by opening San Francisco’s first board game cafe!
