2025 Giving Statements

For those who gave in 2025, your Giving Statement for tax purposes will be emailed to you in January 2026.
The email will include a secure link to access and download your statement. If you need to update your contact information, you can do so at cornerstonesf.org/give by clicking “Your Account” in the top right corner. You can also email our finance team directly for this or with any questions at giving@cornerstonesf.org
